Experience:  Operating Manager of Aircraft Flight Maintenance for major airline.  Very experienced in budgeting, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance and operations efficiency.  Vice Chairman Planning Commission; member for four years.  Day to day experience in balancing home builders' and remodelers' goals with rights of surrounding residents and City.  Helped write General Plan.  Very familiar with strengths and weaknesses of existing outdated City development ordinances.  Active in community activities including 4H.  Future focus on improving ordinances to balance maintenance rural character with reality of rising home sizes.
